The fundamental safeguarding question remains unanswered: where is my daughter, Emily?

I am repeatedly being refused information capable of establishing her present location and welfare. I have also raised serious questions about government records relating to children recorded as having been moved abroad:

I therefore ask you directly:

Was Emily moved outside the United Kingdom, including to an EU country, and if so, where was she sent and under what lawful authority?

If that is not what happened, then I require an explanation of what records establish her present location and welfare.

Continued refusal to provide any meaningful safeguarding information leaves me confronting the most serious possible questions. Am I supposed to conclude from the continuing refusal to establish that Emily is alive and safe that she may have died, including the possibility that she has been killed, as her mother was?

I am not asking Parliament to speculate. I am asking for the safeguarding evidence capable of answering that question.

Please do not respond with a generic acknowledgement or an automated explanation of procedure. Please answer the substantive safeguarding questions:

1. Has Emily’s present location been established?
2. Has her welfare been independently established?
3. Was she ever moved outside the United Kingdom?
4. What authority or organisation presently holds information capable of answering those questions?
5. What action will now be taken to ensure that a human being reviews the safeguarding material I have supplied?
