This issue concerns the Clinton Presidential Library FOIA case 2025-1058-F and the search term “Dunkley and Blair.” On 19 August 2025 at 5:34 PM, the Clinton Library confirmed that further searches would be conducted and that the case contained potentially responsive material. On 1 September 2025 at 05:20 AM, Dana Simmons, Archivist at the Clinton Presidential Library, confirmed the relevant search result: “Dunkley and Blair — 1 hit / 5 pages.” Those five pages are the central issue.
The question now is simple: where are those five pages, why have they not been released, and what lawful basis is being relied upon if they remain withheld?
This is not a broad request. It is limited to the identified Clinton Library FOIA search result: Dunkley and Blair — 1 hit / 5 pages. Dana Simmons and the Clinton Presidential Library should now identify, process, and release those five pages, or provide a clear written explanation for any continued withholding.

I write to you in respect to Article 3(2) of Directive (EU) 2017/1371) FOIA case 2025-1058-F to only the following search “Dunkley and Blair”
It is clear from the attached letter that the DOJ expects you to provide this relating to Matt Dunkley and Tony Blair in New York in 1997, which we say places them in breach of information rights. The documents we uploaded appear to show that Tony Blair sought to have those pages redacted. The question is: what do those pages contain that is still being withheld from the public?” document as part of this request any variance of this could cause the DOJ to investigate you and your office. When then can i expect release of this document ?

Warm regards,
