I contacted the ICO this morning on their chat system as they had not been in touch, and it was starting to look as if they could not enforce section 10 offences. I had been contacted by the GRC Mar 12, 2024, 11:04โฏAM but have been unable to complete โGRC1โ appeal form at http://www.gov.uk/courts-tribunals/first-tier-tribunal-general-regulatory-chamber. As they directed as they seem not to act in accordance with Information Rights anymore?

- I am completely dissatisfied with its response to the date . I remain dissatisfied. I have already sent them the ICO compliance document for the ICO under IC-285793-B2Z0, 20th February 2024. My first complaint to ICO that was handled by Alex Wheeler was IC-285793-B2Z0. The new complaint is IC-292644-B2S7 as the Trust is in breach of Section 10 and Section 50. There has been a miscarage of Justice against me in family laws similar to the post office .

- Bethany Case officers provide their direct dials at the bottom of all correspondence.
- Martin Newbold Are you aware there has been another 100,000 in family court whilst you have been dragging your feet that are waiting more than 11 months that won’t get a lawful hearing.
- As I explained to you I have no working numbers for case officer and he doesn’t answer communications is he complicit? or fictitious?
- As I said to you at the start is the ICO not able to investigate anything or uphold their breaches of section 10?
