Today I contact the ICO again in regard to the outstanding case I have with them he wrote to me under IC-285793-B2Z0 as he described section 10 offences would occur if they didn’t comply since this is entity is unlawful and un by Interim Director Colm McCafferty in Newry. I expect h to comply with an order by Lord Faulkner to and operate my grievance under FOIR. He was unable to do t and a second complaint was made to the ICO under IC-292644-B2S7 there has been no further contact or effort of compliance the entity is a paid-up member of the ICO Z9793239 and is derelict in its duties. I telephoned 0303 123 1113 Anna answered who said “I have no comment. I already informed you what to do.”

I was then place on hold. Then informed that they had instructed me what to do. When she had asked me to telephone in. She said that they are not case officers. I asked to speak to their legal team, and the phone was hung up.

I contacted the GRC as I contacted, them 8th March 2024. and it was now 4th April 2024. I was informed to place this all in an email to the GRC which I have now done.
