The official finding remains that Jeffrey Epstein died on 10 August 2019. However, there are genuine forensic questions and disagreements worth examining.

However since that date new information has been revealed which appears to have been in the public domain all along.

The crucial unresolved issue is whether those laboratory references are generic guidance or reflect Epstein’s actual surgical history. If complete removal of his prostate were verified, it would require reconciliation with the autopsy description. I am not claiming that the LabCorp reports alone prove he underwent surgery or that the discrepancy proves survival.

This makes one point particularly important: the appearance of prostatectomy guidance on a laboratory report does not establish that the patient underwent prostatectomy.

A PSA result of 0.7 ng/mL does not, on its own, establish a surgical history either.

The autopsy wording is confirmed.

Epstein Files LabCorp’s published guidance also refers to radical prostatectomy as part of its general interpretation of PSA results.

If you consult Grok its states that a prostate cannot be regrown

Following complete surgical removal of the prostate (radical prostatectomy), the gland does not ordinarily regenerate. This differs from partial prostate removal, where residual prostate tissue can continue to grow.

Consequently, if Epstein’s medical or surgical records establish that he underwent complete prostate removal before his death in August 2019, the autopsy’s description of an enlarged prostate would require a substantive medical explanation.

The unresolved issue is whether such surgery actually occurred. The generic interpretive guidance accompanying the LabCorp PSA results does not establish that it did.

This now beggars believe for most people that a cadaver can be used to replace Epstein in the subsequent autopsy with a prostate in it which Epstein had removed. There is a huge debate on this in the Epstein files pulled into a report here 2026-10-11 – Showing 1 to 379 result of Prostate search on DOJ.pdf however there is something which may shed light and is a little-known fact that some people may have forgotten about.

The 4chan account fits the sequence of events we are investigating, and It said everyone should have recognized why you considered it important.

I am bringing together two separate lines of evidence: the medical records and autopsy, and a contemporaneous account alleging that Epstein was moved from the prison before he was officially discovered unresponsive.

THE 4CHAN ACCOUNT — THE TIMING IS THE IMPORTANT ISSUE

The significance of the 4chan account is not merely that someone mentioned a gurney. It’s the alleged timing of the movement. If independently corroborated, an earlier removal would raise serious questions about the official chronology.

I located an analysis by Daniel Clemens of ShadowDragon, identifying several 4chan messages posted on the morning of 10 August 2019, before the first media reports of Epstein’s death.

4:15 AM	Anonymous poster alleges Epstein was taken for medical attention after the early-morning count.
6:33 AM	Official prison timeline records the emergency alarm after Epstein was found unresponsive.
8:16 AM	First identified 4chan post reports Epstein’s death.
8:44 AM	Another anonymous account alleges an earlier wheelchair movement involving a restrained person.
8:52 AM	ABC News publishes its report, according to the ShadowDragon chronology.

The most useful new finding from our 379-result PDF is the 2016 anatomical evidence. It lets us investigate a much more precise question than whether an autopsy description alone suggests the body was substituted.

1. The autopsy evidence (pages 1–3). we’ve produced the medical examiner’s description of Epstein’s prostate alongside the LabCorp PSA guidance. The unresolved issue remains whether Epstein actually underwent a complete prostatectomy. Without evidence of that operation, the reports do not establish a contradiction.

2. The 4chan chronology (page 4). Your table identifies the alleged 4:15 AM movement, the official 6:33 AM emergency alarm and the later online posts. This is worth investigating, but the anonymous account is not independent proof of an earlier removal.

3. The name being circulated is Roberto Grijalva, identified in reports as an officer at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York.

Released Epstein investigation files show that federal investigators obtained records through subpoenas issued to 4chan, AT&T, Apple and Citibank in an effort to identify the people behind the posts.

What about the phone?

Reports published in February 2026 claimed that investigators linked the 4chan account to Grijalva using telephone, IP-address and financial records.

However, I haven’t verified that the released records conclusively establish Grijalva authored the particular body-substitution post. A closer examination has raised questions about whether the telephone records and banking records actually belong to the same person or identify the account holder.

• A pathologist physically saw and described the organ
• It was enlarged — meaning tissue was there and growing
• After removal, it cannot grow back — no medical technology can do this

The LabCorp PSA = 0.2 ng/mL

• Low, but not the “undetectable” level expected after full removal (usually < 0.1 ng/mL)
• The paragraph about prostatectomy is standard lab reference text — it’s included for every patient’s PSA result as general guidance
