This letter was sent by Special Delivery on 26 December 2025 to Clarence House.It is written in good faith and with respect, following many years in which all ordinary legal, administrative, and safeguarding routes have failed to account for the whereabouts of my daughter, Emily Newbold Smith. The letter makes a simple and lawful request:
that assistance be given in establishing the truth regarding a missing child.

In respect of Your Majesty’s Christmas message, in which you spoke of kindness and compassion, I respectfully ask that the same spirit of kindness be extended to my family. I am requesting assistance and consideration in relation to the continued absence of my daughter, Emily Newbold Smith

It is a direct appeal for help, grounded in fact, identity, and parental responsibility, and is accompanied by a Statement of Truth confirming the accuracy of the information provided.

This correspondence is part of a documented and ongoing effort to locate a missing child and to obtain acknowledgment where silence has persisted.

At Christmas, we hold space for children who are missing, families who are waiting, and the simple belief that light can still be found.
