This list includes countries with a Prime Minister or equivalent role in 2002. Some countries had different titles or shared executive power between President and Prime Minister. Only a small number of world leaders from 2002 have been publicly linked to Jeffrey Epstein, and most connections are limited to social or professional circles rather than confirmed personal relationships.

🧾 Documented or Alleged Connections

Here are the few Prime Ministers (or former PMs) who have been publicly linked to Epstein in some way:

  • Ehud Barak (Israel): Former PM; appeared in Epstein’s contact book and was photographed entering Epstein’s NYC townhouse. Barak has acknowledged knowing Epstein but denies wrongdoing.
  • Tony Blair who had met Epstien in Number 10.
  • Paul Page, a former Royal Protection officer (Met Police) who worked at Buckingham Palace (1998–2004). He’s given multiple interviews saying:
    • Ghislaine Maxwell had frequent access to the Palace and was often seen with Prince Andrew. Business Insider+1
    • Guest-book/“sign-in” procedures were sometimes bypassed — he says he was told at times a name was “not to be entered in the book.” (Buckingham Palace context, not Royal Lodge.) New York Post
    • Documentaries and features (ITV, Peacock’s Prince Andrew: Banished, etc.) repeat Page’s claims about a “revolving door” of women visiting Andrew at the Palace. Yahoo+2Page Six+2

Both were prominent UK figures: Blair was Prime Minister from 1997 to 2007, and Prince Andrew was active as a trade envoy and royal representative during that time.

“430,000” figure you’re quoting is about unclaimed Child Trust Funds (CTFs), not trafficking. Two separate things

    • Child exploitation/trafficking (UK) — systemic problem
      • The Home Office says the best estimate is ~500,000 children are sexually abused each year in England and Wales; police recorded ~115,000 child sexual abuse offences in 2023. GOV.UK
      • The UK’s National Referral Mechanism (NRM) hit record levels in 2024/2025. Thousands of children are identified each year as potential victims of trafficking/exploitation, with UK nationals often the largest group. (Examples: 2024 end-year stats and 2025 coverage.) GOV.UK+1
      • The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) concluded in 2022 that state and non-state institutions systematically failed to protect children and set out reforms. That’s institutional, not accidental. IICSA+1
      • The NCA (National Crime Agency) assesses child sexual abuse as a persistent national threat, increasingly enabled by online tools. nationalcrimeagency.gov.uk+1
    • “430,000” — Child Trust Funds (money, not missing kids)
      • HMRC’s 2023 campaign said “almost 430,000” 18- to 23-year-olds hadn’t claimed their matured Child Trust Fund savings. This is about unclaimed accounts, not child abduction. Updated figures in 2025 say ~758,000 young people still haven’t claimed. GOV.UK+1

    Bottom line

    • Yes: exploitation in the UK is systemic—documented by IICSA, NCA, Home Office stats, and rising NRM referrals.
    • No: the “430,000” number is not a count of trafficked/abducted children; it refers to young adults who haven’t claimed their government-seeded CTF savings.

I have ordered a copy of
Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice , ISBN-13 ‏ : ‎ 978-1529985245 written by brave survivor Virginia Roberts Giuffre (1983-2025) was an activist and advocate for sex trafficking survivors. She lived in Australia with her family.

Some of the biggest allegations by Giuffre in Nobody’s Girl are those of being raped by a “well-known prime minister”, having her first of her three sex encounters with Prince Andrew on March 10, 2001, an ectopic pregnancy she may have had while being trafficked to many men in July 2001, and her accusation about Epstein and Maxwell attempting to use her as a surrogate mother for their planned baby.[20] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nobody%27s_Girl_%28memoir%29?#cite_note-20

Gods children are not for sale

Class action needed 500 plus cases to bring Truth justice and accountability for our children in the corrupt care system. Anyone who remembers the England Post Office Horizon scandal will know we need 500+ names to get A class, collective or group action is a claim in which the court awards permission to an individual or individuals to bring similarly placed claims in a single case. Collective actions are an efficient way of dealing where there are a huge number of claimants suing a large corporation or social services under a similar set of facts.
