1. The Removed Records (The “Data Hole”)
The primary “removal” is not the content within the emails, but the entire existence of the last 344 emails in your March 1st CSV file.
- The Master File (Feb 28 SQL): Contains all records up to ID #1535.
- The Recent Export (March 1 CSV): Abruptly ends at ID #1190.
- The Content Lost: This means that everything from ID #1191 to ID #1535 is missing from your latest work file.
2. What is Missing in those 344 Emails?
Based on the master SQL file, the records that were “removed” in the move to the CSV include critical recent research and correspondence, such as:
- Detailed SAR and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests regarding the “Tonbridge placement”.
- Correspondence with DSIT and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
- Evidence regarding “Ghost Schools” and the misappropriation of Child Trust Fund (CTF) monies.
- Audit logs identifying systemic data failures in ePEP and eGovernment systems.
3. What transpired
While trying to add dates to the SQL system that had been created with a structure from Chat GTP was set to DATE. a new field was created of DATTIME and these all created with SQL before being checked. to move the existing DATE into this DATETIME There was gabs in the dates, so our instincts was to go back to the deduce where the dates was as data which was in Json format was text based turning attempts to get this data only 25% of DATETIME was recoverable suggesting some etching else when this was a scour of dates in the Json data . This is actually worse that the conversion statists from obtaining data direct from PDF. something else must have been preventing discovery. When we got this slightly higher 30% we tried to impost this into SQL into a different table firstly by SQL that strangely failed to insert data and then was informed this had to go through the websites Import which had no place on it where it would import This was tried on at least six occasions with no data being identifiable that had been created. Later that day we noticed that there was empty Date and DATYDATE Fieldes in records actually 344 in total lines which is a lot as this was a complete import of 1468 records. Let us know what you think ?
