I have provided EGov Solutions with clear information in regard to their data breach of data. I it does not seem this person who is a paid-up member of the Information Commissioner is aware of GDPR Which I believe is PIE.

I am writing further to your recent letter/email about my information rights complaint because I would like further clarification.

Organisations have an obligation to clearly explain why they are using data in the way they do or why they have refused a request. This is set out under the accountability principle of the UK GDPR.

Accountability is one of the key principles in data protection law – it makes organisations responsible for complying with the legislation and says that they must be able to demonstrate their compliance.

I would like further clarification about

I understand that before reporting my complaint to the Information Commissioner I should give you the chance to provide a full explanation.

If, when I receive your response, I would still like to report my complaint, I will give them a copy of your response to consider.

   • Any internal communications in which I am mentioned in relation to that video, its removal, restriction, or change of privacy settings.
3. The following information, as required by Article 15 UK GDPR:
   • The purposes for which you process my personal data;
   • The categories of personal data concerned;
   • The recipients or categories of recipients to whom my personal data has been or will be disclosed (including local authorities, Virtual Schools, or other third parties);
   • Where the data was not collected directly from me, any available information as to its source;
   • The retention periods you apply to my data, or the criteria used to determine those periods;
   • Details of any automated decision-making or profiling involving my personal data, including meaningful information about the logic involved and the significance and envisaged consequences for me.
