Dated: Friday, 16 May 2025
On Wednesday, 14 May 2025 at 5:14 PM, I received contact from a solicitor’s office acting on behalf of Nationwide Building Society, offering terms related to a matter involving my missing daughter, Emily. Due to the sensitivity and ongoing legal implications of this issue, the contents of that offer cannot be disclosed at this time.
However, I feel it necessary to state clearly that the offer, as presented, could not be morally accepted in light of the unresolved concerns of my daughter’s whereabouts, missing documentation, and the ongoing failure to confirm Emily’s whereabouts and identity.
A formal letter in response was sent via Royal Mail Signed For delivery under reference: DS340986783GB. This letter sets out my position in detail, referencing legal obligations under Habeas Corpus, data protection law, and unresolved financial irregularities tied to the mismanagement of Emily’s Child Trust Fund.
I remain committed to lawful disclosure, transparency, and justice for Emily — and will not participate in or endorse any action that undermines these principles.
