If the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) published a decision online despite having no funding, what exactly did they write? Primarily, they claimed the case was “out of time”, but then suggested I could go to Judicial Review. However, considering this case was already lodged in court for ten days, they showed no concern that their so-called investigation failed without even reviewing all the evidence.

You can now see how Mr. Cashmore, from their information office, has simply tried to placate the situation rather than address these serious failings.

Meanwhile, a far greater issue remains:

I am not alone—many well-known sources have highlighted how CTFs have been used in similar scams, where financial and government institutions enable exploitation rather than prevent it.

Now, despite authorities claiming they cannot locate her, she is somehow “present” in court? How? There is no proof of her whereabouts, no verified identity, and no accountability for the false documents used in her name.

This is a direct failure of the system—one that demands answers.

1. They are lying—meaning they do know where she is but are deliberately withholding that information.
2. Someone is using a false identity to represent her in legal proceedings.
