  • In contact with GRO

    After the incident with the Information Commissioner’s office, we contacted the GRO, who expressed concern and advised sending a detailed communication about the propaganda conversation with the ICO. We filled in a GR5 form as requested, but have not received a response yet.

    A complaint was filed to the ICO, but the case officer and entity in breach of offenses did not respond. The lack of compliance and communication led to frustration, with the ICO referring to the case officer for resolution, despite the claim that the officer is fictitious and unresponsive. No progress has been made.

    Martin Newbold contacted the ICO with dissatisfaction over their handling of information complaints. He expressed frustration over lack of communication and accused the case officer of inaction. Despite his plea for help, the chat representative could only advise contacting the case officer directly. Martin remains concerned about justice in family court.
