Dear Sir/Madam,
I note that I have not received a copy of my original complaint. I am therefore resending this correspondence under the same reference: enquiryid=d65d2417-7910-f011-9989-000d3aaaeb97.
I write concerning extremely serious matters affecting my family, including the alleged abduction of family members and the ongoing disappearance of my daughter. I have contacted you today both by email and by video, as it appears that I have not received a substantive response. I remain deeply concerned for my daughter’s welfare and safety.
For the past 19 years I have been trying to obtain clarity. I was previously provided with signed communication from Cheryl Allen of the NHS stating that they could not locate my daughter and that she was not evident on NHS records. This is profoundly alarming.
On 3 April 2025 at 1:37 PM, I wrote to you formally to complain about the severe and ongoing failures by public authorities in relation to my missing daughter and the handling of my family’s case. Despite more than 14 years of efforts, the matter remains unresolved.
I also referred previously to correspondence with the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO), including their response dated 25 February 2020 titled “Response to Information Access Request 24351.” In my view, that response did not amount to a proper investigation, but merely recorded documents I had already supplied. The central issues were not addressed.
My daughter, now aged 18, has been missing for over 14 years. The continued failure of the relevant authorities to act properly has caused prolonged distress to my family and, as I have explained before, has affected other families as well.
I am now having to pursue legal action in relation to my daughter’s Child Trust Fund because of the continuing failures of the authorities and institutions involved. I believe that any court proceedings may require proper identification measures, including DNA profiling where appropriate, to ensure that any individual presented as my daughter is correctly identified.
I have also sent documents to the Department of Health under case 24018366, which were returned to me. The Department of Health, the police, and OPNI have all apparently been unable to locate my daughter in Northern Ireland, despite my understanding that she had been placed there by Judge Hollis. This raises grave concerns.
I remain concerned about the conduct of those involved in the Hastings family court proceedings, including the presentation of genealogical information by social worker Christine Elizabeth Stirling. The information presented appeared inaccurate and, in my view, misleading. In particular, the document titled “Genogram_re_Lauren’s_family_19_08_10,” prepared by Charlotte Bell for East Sussex County Council, contains serious errors regarding family relationships and parentage. For example, it incorrectly identifies Lauren’s father, when her father is David Cunningham and her full name is Lauren Anne Cunningham.
These discrepancies are not minor clerical mistakes. They go to the heart of the evidence presented in court and raise serious questions about how false or inaccurate information was allowed to stand unchallenged in proceedings of such importance. I ask again: who was responsible for presenting this incorrect information, and why has this not been properly investigated?
I am also writing regarding the handling of my complaint against Nationwide Building Society in relation to my daughter’s Child Trust Fund. I have already referred this to the Financial Ombudsman Service under reference PNX-5399741-P0M6, but the matter remains unresolved. I have also raised related concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference IC-362648-R4R7, and with the Prudential Regulation Authority.
On 2 April 2025 at 10:30 AM, I spoke to Katy from your office. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was provided, and I was told that the email address I had attempted to use was invalid. This compounded my difficulty in contacting the appropriate office, particularly as I had already found the listed phone numbers inaccessible.
Further, I ask that the arrests connected to Operation Ironside, including those relating to Andrew and Mandelson, be taken into account as part of the wider pattern of organised criminal conduct I am asking you to examine.
I have also raised concerns regarding Matthew Dunkley, including matters connected to Operation Dunham and subsequent investigations in Victoria, Australia. I have referred to material reported in the Geelong Advertiser and to my complaint confirmation IBAC F243411550406. I remain concerned that evidence said to have been captured as part of Operation Dunham, including taped recordings, has not been disclosed despite my requests. I seek clarification as to why this material cannot be provided, particularly where it may be relevant to proceedings in the UK.
More broadly, I seek clarification concerning the large number of Child Trust Funds reportedly not being claimed or received. I understand that hundreds of thousands of children may be affected. This is a matter of major public importance. I ask:
- Who is currently in possession of these funds?
- Why has there been no meaningful investigation into this issue?
- Whether any analysis has been undertaken into whether affected children are, or were, in care or leaving care.
I also note that when you previously wrote to me regarding data protection, you did so from a non-reply email address, which has further obstructed meaningful communication. Since that time, I remain concerned that the number of missing children has increased significantly. I also note my concern that there are now 758,000 souls missing, yet there appears to be no willingness to open a proper discussion.
Given the seriousness of these matters, I request:
- a full acknowledgment of this complaint;
- a copy of my original complaint on your file;
- confirmation of which body or officer is now dealing with this matter;
- a substantive response to the issues raised;
- clarification of the position regarding my daughter, her records, and her Child Trust Fund;
- clarification regarding the allegedly missing or unclaimed Child Trust Funds and who holds those funds; and
- confirmation of what action, if any, will now be taken.
Please treat this matter as urgent. The continued failure to address these issues has caused enormous distress to my family over many years. I require a full and proper response.
