We’re working with Congress to divulge that information and produce it to you; any credible leads will be investigated. There have been no new materials brought to me launching a new indictment.

Patel: It’s not my assertion, sir; it’s the assertion of two different U.S. Attorney’s Offices across three administrations who reviewed those materials.
