Subject: Follow-Up to Ownership and Investigation Request – Critical Timeline Overlap with Missing Child (Emily Cathryn Newbold Smith)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to follow up on my recent inquiry regarding the current ownership status and ongoing investigation of Little Saint James and Great Saint James, formerly held by Jeffrey Epstein and associated entities.
Since sending that request, I have reviewed critical documentation relating to the 2009–2010 disappearance of Emily Cathryn Newbold Smith, a British child removed under questionable legal authority and without subsequent traceable location records. This case involves significant cross-jurisdictional concerns, including falsified orders and denied access to flight data by UK authorities.
The core concern I wish to raise now is this:
There is a credible and concerning timeline overlap between Epstein’s development and operations on Great Saint James (2009–2019) and Emily’s documented removal from her home and legal guardianship (2009–2010).
Given the well-established use of private flights, offshore banking, and British Virgin Islands corporate structures in Epstein’s network, I respectfully ask:
- Whether any flight logs, visitor entries, or construction crew records exist for either island during the period 2008 to 2011, and if they can be reviewed in light of this child’s disappearance.
- Whether your office is aware of any UK or BVI-linked movements of minors to or from Little or Great Saint James during that timeframe.
- If so, whether a request can be made to preserve or re-examine digital records, including security logs, as part of an international safeguarding concern.
I am willing to provide further documentation of Emily’s removal, including relevant UK case numbers, correspondence with Home Office agencies, and evidence of falsified legal instruments—should that assist your review.
Please confirm receipt of this follow-up and whether any liaison with international child protection bodies (e.g. Interpol, National Crime Agency UK, or UN OPSC working groups) has been established in connection with post-2008 activity on these islands.
This matter carries urgent human rights implications. I ask that the request be treated with appropriate gravity.
Warm regards,
Martin Newbold
