For sixteen years, my family has lived under a cloud of injustice.
Despite repeated pleas for help, the disappearance of Emily — a disappearance marked by unlawful acts and state failures — has been met with silence. I recently wrote to the Lady Chief Justice to highlight the grave failures that have besieged our family, only to be informed that no investigation would be made via email. In response, I sent all necessary evidence by Signed For delivery (Tracking: DS340985726GB) to ensure it could no longer be ignored.
I also attempted to post Emily’s missing status on Sussex Crime Watchers, but the police still refuse to investigate her illegal and criminal disappearance.
Below, I have attached 24 pages of evidence documenting the long-standing failures, unanswered questions, and institutional inaction that have allowed this injustice to continue.
The theft of Emily’s life, freedom, and future is not just a private pain — it is a public injustice. I will not give up. I will continue to demand answers until the truth is heard, no matter how long it takes.
