Subject: Ref – 50239746-2024 – Misidentification & Failure to Address SAR

Dear Mr. Clubb,

Thank you for your response. However, you have fundamentally misunderstood the nature of my claim regarding misidentification.

My concern is not about email correspondence, but rather that East Sussex County Council has caused my name to be wrongly associated with another individual in Google search results. This has resulted in serious reputational damage and is entirely unacceptable. This matter has already been reported to Google under reference [4-8882000038386].

Additionally, your responses regarding my daughter have been based on false evidence. You have relied on inaccurate assertions, which calls into question the integrity of your entire position on this matter.

I request that you:

1. Confirm what actions East Sussex County Council has taken that may have contributed to this misidentification.
2. Explain what steps you will take to correct it.
3. Review and properly address the failures in your previous responses.

Your refusal to correspond further is deeply concerning, especially given your failure to provide a proper response to my SAR/DAP request. I expect you to take an informed position, reassess your stance, and provide a full and substantive response.
