I write to address the gross misapplication of the law and improper relocation of my child, Emily, which has caused significant harm to my family. This situation, compounded by perjury, misconduct, and potential violations of constitutional rights, requires your immediate attention and action.

Your actions have placed my family in an unlawful position, and it is imperative that you provide a legal resolution at your earliest convenience—not in 15 years, as you have neglected to do. I have been informed by the Local Government Ombudsman (LGSO) that they lack the funding to provide a proper investigation and have instead referred me to pursue a Judicial Review, which would cost approximately £3,000.

It is evident that the responsibility for addressing this matter lies with you as the perpetrator of these criminal acts. Therefore, I formally demand that you bear the cost of the Judicial Review. Failure to do so will result in your being publicly recognized as complicit in these actions.
