Subject: Lawful Processing of Correspondence

Dear Mr. Keeble,

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that, under the principles of lawful processing as outlined in the UK GDPR, it is your obligation to ensure that correspondence relevant to your Trust is directed to the appropriate team or department for further action.

In this case, my communication includes information related to NHS records and processes that fall under the responsibilities of the Trust. Therefore, I request that you forward this correspondence, including my original email, to the Subject Access Request (SAR) team or any other relevant department for their attention and appropriate action.

Additionally, please confirm that this has been done in compliance with GDPR requirements for the lawful processing of data.

Regarding your reference to the requirement of a specific form for a Freedom of Information Request (FOIR), the ICO guidance clearly states that such a form is not mandatory. I would like to understand why this procedural hurdle has been introduced, as it appears to obstruct transparency.

Further, I am deeply concerned about what seems to be an attempt to evade accountability regarding serious matters. I would appreciate your explanation as to why my request has not been processed and whether there is another agenda at play here.
