Re: Birth Certificate Application Discrepancy – Case Reference: 17707730

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on the correspondence dated 28th November 2024 regarding the discrepancy in my birth certificate application. Additionally, I would like to reference Complaint IBAC F243411550406 related to Children’s Director Matthew Dunkley.I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the issues surrounding my birth certificate application for Lauren Louise PETERS daughter of my partner  who shares  a child birth with me historically (reference: RG 0320212), which I believe have not been adequately addressed by your team.

Specifically, I would like to confirm certain details relating to the medical records for Daniel David Cunningham, born on 9th September 1993, as I am researching family connections. I have the following details and would appreciate your assistance in verifying or clarifying them:As discussed in our previous communication, I understand there are two separate IDs on the Birth, Marriage, and Death (BMD) records for two young girls, which have already been sent to you. You informed me that you have reviewed the Local Authority’s bound birth register but have yet to provide any evidence or documentation of any other records, particularly those that may include duplicate BMD entries. In light of this, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in clarifying why my daughter’s half sister , Lauren Louise Peters, and I are being singled out for specialist treatment in relation to these discrepancies. I would also request that you provide the parameters involved in this matter and any additional evidence or documentation related to the duplicate records.As already explained to you, and as supported by the image In which Miss Lang Social Worker read in June 2004: Referral in respect of Lauren to Newry  Mourne Social Services caller alleging that Ms Smith abusing alcohol and medication Newry Mourne contacted Reading Social Services to advise as believe that Miss Smith aka Miss Gummerson /Arif/Peters/Smith and Lauren have moved there.

 As already explained to you, and as supported by the image I am providing text from a report held in East Sussex Social Services, it is stated that the record cannot be changed. The report clearly corroborates the fact that Lauren is not, and cannot be Gerrard Keenans daughter. This is further substantiated by statements made to the family by Emily’s mother, who mentioned that she was pushing Lauren in a pram when she met Gerard Keenan whilst living in Liverpool potentially with a sister of Mr Daniel David Cunningham   who lived there. Given this, there is no credence or evidence or possible way Mr. Gerard Keenan could have fathered Lauren. More likely, as evidenced by the name “Peters” shared on her original birth certificate (the same as Paige and Danniel), Lauren is their sister. Solicitors letter in the care of her mother also corroborates the fact that Gerrard Keenan was not a biological father.

Furthermore, my daughter is being held on the mistaken belief that her half-sister is of Irish origin, which I find perplexing and unsubstantiated.

Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response and further in regard to the reperations you intend to make in respect to this criminal behavior and the potential addressed potential of local embezzlement of funds as was proven embezzlement in Victoria AU.

Finally, I must draw attention to recorded remarks by your party member, Tony Blair, who acknowledged that the family court case involving my family was fraudulent. He stated that if I was compelled to act as a “litigant in kind” due to corrupt practices, the proceedings held at The Law Courts, Horntye Park, Bohemia Road, Hastings, TN34 1ND, lacked proper jurisdiction. This renders the case fundamentally invalid and fraudulent.
