Subject: Response to Correspondence Regarding Injunction Application
Dear Mr. Rupert Clubb,
I am writing in response to my unanswered communication to your statement:
“Please note that the Council is liable for the acts and omissions of its staff, so the correct Defendant is East Sussex County Council, not Anita Cundall personally.”
Your assertion raises serious concerns. Are you implying that you, in your official capacity, acknowledge a lack of oversight or control over the actions of your personnel? If any member of your team engages in criminal conduct, they are individually liable for prosecution under the law, irrespective of the Council’s broader liability.
Furthermore, this approach raises questions about whether you are acting in accordance with your signed oath of allegiance, which binds you to uphold lawful and ethical practices in your public duties. Any deviation from this oath undermines the principles of trust and accountability inherent in your role.
Additionally, I must draw attention to recorded remarks by your party member, Blair, who acknowledged that the family court case involving my family was fraudulent. He stated that if I was compelled to act as a “litigant in kind” due to corrupt practices, the proceedings held at The Law Courts, Horntye Park, Bohemia Road, Hastings, TN34 1ND, lacked proper jurisdiction. This renders the case fundamentally invalid and fraudulent.
I request a thorough review of this matter and a response clarifying the Council’s position on these issues.
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Martin Newbold
