We confirm that an application has been formally submitted to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in relation to the case titled The Stealing of Emily. This application addresses critical violations of rights enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), including:
- Right to a Fair Trial (Article 6): Exposing procedural injustices, particularly the misuse of Closed Material Procedures (CMP), which undermined transparency and fairness.
- Right to Respect for Family Life (Article 8): Challenging actions that unlawfully disrupted familial bonds without proper legal justification or procedural safeguards.
- Prohibition of Discrimination (Article 14): Highlighting inequitable treatment within the legal and social systems, resulting in adverse impacts on those involved.
Simultaneously, a report has been filed with Action Fraud (Case 8872649), alleging corruption involving an official linked to this case. This report has also been forwarded to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) for further investigation, reflecting the severity of the allegations.
The application to the ECHR includes comprehensive evidence and legal arguments, meeting all admissibility requirements. These combined actions underscore our determination to:
- Hold accountable those responsible for systemic failures and corruption.
- Ensure the protection of fundamental human rights for affected families.
- Advocate for transparency, reform, and justice within judicial and administrative processes.
We remain committed to seeing these efforts through and will provide updates on both the ECHR case and the corruption investigation as developments occur.
