Today, I received a response from the ICOโs Information Access Team regarding my Subject Access Request (SAR) for case IC-340906-C7G6, and I appreciate their efforts in addressing it. However, I noticed that there was no specific guidance provided on how to proceed with the tribunal process. If the omission was intentional or if further guidance is available, clarification would be helpful.
The gist of this was in respect to my request:
You asked us: โโฆCould you kindly provide me with copies of any correspondence
you have sent to East Sussex County Council [ESCC] on the following dates and
times: Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 4:30 PM Saturday, October 5, 2024, at
12:26 PM Saturday, October 5, 2024, at 6:35 AM โขWednesday, October 2, 2024,
at 2:16 PM โข Friday, September 27, 2024, at 4:56 PMโ
They said they had none. When I looked at these communications related to case references IC-255415-V5N6 and IC-256137-B8Q5 were directed to their official email at icocasework@ico.org.uk there was certainly email in my mails outbox sent. I contacted them on their chat ad they informed me I should contact the person who wrote the communication 11th November 2024, however there was no name upon it. When I suggested there was no one to contact, I was just informed I Need to wait.
