5th November 2024

On November 5, 2024, I responded to East Sussex County Council regarding my subject access request (Ref 19567481), which they classified as complex. In my letter, I clarified that the information I requested is not as complex as suggested, as I have already summarized the essential details of this case for the European Court of Human Rights.

This ongoing situation raises significant concerns about the treatment of my case and the implications for my daughter, Emily. In light of this, I intend to write to Centerpoint today to inquire if they are aware of Emilyโ€™s location. Centerpoint is known for supporting children and young adults who are experiencing homelessness or living on the streets, and I believe they may have valuable information about her.

Emily went missing in 2017, and due to alleged lapses by the Southern Health and Social Care Trust in providing accurate information about what happened to her at that time, my search has been severely hindered. I am hopeful that Centerpoint might have had contact with her or have resources that could assist in locating her.

As I continue to advocate for transparency and accountability from the authorities, I appreciate the ongoing support from everyone who follows this journey. Together, we must hold officials accountable for their responsibilities toward vulnerable children and ensure that Emily’s safety and well-being remain at the forefront of all actions taken.

Summary of Inquiry to Centerpoint:

In my communication with Centerpoint, I expressed my urgent need for assistance regarding my daughter, Emily Newbold Smith, who was born on October 30, 2006. Emily went missing in 2017 from a home in Newry, NI, and despite ongoing efforts to locate her, she has not been found. I requested any information regarding her current whereabouts or any details that could aid in locating her. Her disappearance has been reported to the police under several references, and I emphasized the urgency of this matter. I am hopeful that Centerpoint can provide valuable guidance and support as I continue my search for Emily.

Yours Sincerely

Martin Newbold

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”

Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.

What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
