Subject: Re: Investigation into Complaint Against Police
2nd November 2024
Dear Mr. Okorie,
Thank you for your email and for beginning the investigation into my complaint. I confirm that the summary of the allegations is accurate.
You reported a concerning situation regarding your daughter who has been unaccounted for, and Police refused to lodge a missing Persons request. You submitted a missing persons request online under reference CC2040900 1582/2009/04. This request was only open for two days before it was closed, despite providing relevant references.
Also, Northern Ireland Children’s Commissioner failed to locate or meet with your daughter, despite your sending eighteen emails, suggesting a deliberate disregard for her situation.
Additionally, you encountered obstacles in obtaining information about the supervising officer handling your case.
On September 22, 2024, you called to request a call-back from a Superintendent, but your request for a duty Sergeant was declined. This lack of transparency and communication exacerbated your concerns regarding accountability in your daughter’s case.
I would also like to add that, due to a lack of governance and accountability within NI Direct, there has been limited ability to escalate my complaints appropriately and to have critical information shared with relevant NI Government agencies. This has obstructed meaningful progress under GDPR and has breached both estoppel principles and service quality expectations. This causes laches, which are creating unreasonable delay. This is underscored by the legal system’s commitment to equity and fairness, ensuring that legal rights and obligations are not merely theoretical but must also align with practical justice and reasonable expectations.
I also want to raise a critical concern regarding access to family communication. I understand that an individual known for severe criminal acts, Lucy Letby, is permitted to maintain contact with her family. Given this, it is deeply troubling that my daughter, Emily, is unable to communicate with her father’s family. This restriction appears unjustified, particularly when Southern Health and Social Care Trust has had the responsibility to ensure her well-being and access to family support. If the Trust were upholding its duty of care, they would surely facilitate this basic right, especially considering she has not attended meetings and has effectively been missing in Northern Ireland since 2017.
As a result of these issues, I have filed a legal complaint with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg.

I appreciate your attention to these matters and look forward to further updates on the investigation. Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide to assist.
Thank you once again for your support in addressing this matter.
Kind Regards
Mr. Martin Newbold

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
