You may have heard claims that Lord Peter Mandelson has lost his peerage, but that is not the case. Despite pressure and calls for his removal, he remains a life peer and continues to hold his title. A peerage cannot normally be revoked at the Crown’s discretion, as it is granted through a formal legal instrument issued by the sovereign. Removing a peerage typically requires an Act of Parliament, and such action has been extremely rare since 1917. Therefore, Lord Mandelson remains a member of the House of Lords. Even though oddly it was announced from the House of Lords that he resigned from that house. While there has been discussion about new legislation under Prime Minister Keir Starmer that could change how peerages are removed, no confirmed removal has taken place.

Dear Statutory Disclosure Team, William More , Jacqueline Gahan
Please find attached identification documents from you to enable the SDT to confirm your identity as a victim or a witness. I have come to the attention of John Leary, and whether they have been shared with or referred to Operation BeaconPort in respect to would like you to understand that when I first contacted the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman. I was given the address to the Department of Health of all my complaint documents sent by Special Delivery breaching Data Protection. This is evidenced by Royal Mail Post Office tracking which you have also seen. In fact the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman contacted the Department of Education therefore your premise is totally incorrect. You have already seen the Department of Education response. According to the Information Request which was given to the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman in respect to proving there was a complaint It stated my daughter Emily was in a boys school in Tonbridge. Her Deoxyribonucleic acid (pronunciationⓘ;[1] DNA) fingerprint has not been provided to me suggesting no one has had her in their custody despite serving Habeas Corpus Litem in EHCR Rule39 court . You have already learned that Department of Education rely on ePEP and eGov.UK.com (PIE) directory of vulnerable data register in USA on GoDaddy Servers which breaches Data Protection, which my Witness A in by ‘black books’ appendix has stated that this ePEP, eGov (PIE) data has been compromised lost for more than ten years and is a more bugged system than Fujitsu ‘Horizon’ software of the Royal Post Office. I understand this ePEP and EGov (PIE) information: a repository of vulnerable children may be compromised and responsible for other public cases of gang SA , prostitution of a minor and other serious crimes in Local Authorities such as abduction to Elite people like Epstein in the number of potentially 780,000 souls?
Warm regards,
Martin Newbold

Letter OUT

Dear Mr Newbold,
Thank you for your email.
To my knowledge, the Parliamentary Ombudsman has not passed any of your information to either Mr John Leary, or the National Crime Agency. To do so without your consent could be a potential breach of your data protection rights.
As any other responsible public organisation, we would of course co-operate as appropriate with any investigation from a law enforcement organisation.
Yours sincerely
William Moore
