Tony Blair met Jeffrey Epstein once in May 2002 while serving as UK Prime Minister, following lobbying from Lord Peter Mandelson. Here are the few Prime Ministers (or former PMs) who have been publicly linked to Epstein in some way:

• Ehud Barak (Israel): Former PM; appeared in Epstein’s contact book and was photographed entering Epstein’s NYC townhouse. Barak has acknowledged knowing Epstein but denies wrongdoing.
• Tony Blair who had met Epstien in Number 10.
• Paul Page, a former Royal Protection officer (Met Police) who worked at Buckingham Palace (1998–2004). He’s given multiple interviews saying:

Both were prominent UK figures: Blair was Prime Minister from 1997 to 2007, and Prince Andrew was active as a trade envoy and royal representative during that time.

“430,000” figure you’re quoting is about unclaimed Child Trust Funds (CTFs), not trafficking. Two separate things
