๐ Published: 3 August 2025
This is Day 2 of my formal log recording the silence from the United States in response to repeated and urgent safeguarding requests regarding my missing daughter, Emily Cathryn Newbold Smith.
Day 1 (see here) documented that my tracked Royal Mail letter to the U.S. Department of Justice was not delivered on 01 August 2025, despite confirmation from Royal Mail that a delivery attempt was made.
โ๏ธ The Silence is Deafening
On Day 2, not one response has been received from:
- The U.S. Department of Justice
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection
- FBI, Interpol, or any safeguarding agencies
- The Clinton Presidential Library
- Any contacted airports, embassies, or public officials in the United States
Despite clear evidence trails, witness statements, legal filings, and international concern, America remains silent. Itโs now 15 years since Emily vanishedโand we are still met with obfuscation, delay, or worse: indifference.
๐ฆ What Was in the Letter?
The recorded letter, under tracking ref RF787280739GB, included:
- A formal statement of Emilyโs disappearance and legal identity
- Questions about the use of private airfields and international flights linked to known trafficking routes
- A request for confirmation regarding any investigation into Mr. Matthew Dunkley or related British officials
- A call for urgent cooperation from the U.S. Attorney General and supporting departments
๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ What Are They Avoiding?
Iโm not just a parent โ Iโm an author, campaigner, and data investigator. The lack of even a courtesy reply suggests an unwillingness to engage with documented evidence.
Is the U.S. government shielding legacy officials, overlooking trafficking corridors, or ignoring judicial overreach from its own allies?
๐ Tomorrowโs Entry
Day 3 will focus on the unanswered emails โ 28 separate digital correspondences, many CCโd to legal and oversight bodies. Not one reply. Iโll publish the email trail.
๐ฃ Final Thought
โRoyal Mail tried to deliver on 01 August โ but no one was in.โ
Thatโs not just a mailroom error. Thatโs the sound of a government turning its back on a missing child.
Where is Emily?
Why wonโt America answer?
