Wheels Down, 29th July, I submitted a formal Freedom of Information (FOI) request to both the House of Commons and the House of Lords. This request raises serious questions about government accountability, missing children, and secret decisions that may have influenced the UKโs child protection system.
At the heart of it is a deeply personal and disturbing story: the disappearance of my daughter, Emily. My published work, The Stealing of Emily, outlines how legal systems were allegedly misused to remove her unlawfully โ using false affidavits, incorrect family court procedures, and records that were never meant to hold up under law.
But my case, sadly, might not be the only one.
โ What Am I Asking Parliament to Reveal?
Iโve asked Parliament to confirm whether they have ever discussed or received information about:
- My book, The Stealing of Emily
- False social work reports used to take children unlawfully
- Special Guardians (who cared for children) dying without proper notice to parents
- Local authorities receiving public money for children they took under false pretences
- Possible child trafficking routes between the UK and the U.S. involving private jets and elite airports
These are not baseless claims โ they are backed by documents, names, locations, and timelines that I have made available to authorities.
โ๏ธ The Suspected Abduction Route
Based on what Iโve uncovered, I believe some children may have been secretly flown out of the UK along this route:
- Departures from London, Dublin, or Belfast
- Stopover at Bangor Airport, Maine (a known private jet hub)
- Final leg to Teterboro Airport, New Jersey
- Destination: U.S. Virgin Islands (near the now-infamous Little Saint James Island)
These are not regular travel paths โ theyโre used by private aircraft, often bypassing immigration checks. Iโve listed the jet tail numbers and flight details for transparency.
๐๏ธ Why the Focus on Tony Blair and Blair House in Washington?
In the late 1990s, then-Labour leader Tony Blair held a series of private meetings at Blair House in Washington, D.C. with U.S. officials โ including President Clinton.
But hereโs the problem:
- These meetings donโt appear in Hansard (the official record of Parliament)
- They arenโt in ministerial diaries
- No public record shows what was discussed
So Iโve asked Parliament: Were these meetings where secret social care policies were discussed? Were they connected to cross-border child protection reforms? And if so, how did that influence decisions here in the UK?
โ๏ธ Why This Matters
If decisions about child welfare were made behind closed doors โ with no democratic oversight โ they may have contributed to the abuse of the family court system and the disappearance of children like Emily.
We are not talking about isolated cases. The system has cracks โ and in those cracks, children can vanish. Mine did.From: Martin Newbold

Subject: FOI Request โ Parliamentary Records Relating to The Stealing of Emily, Abduction Attempts, and LAC Payments
Dear FOI Officer,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting confirmation of whether the UK Parliament โ including any of its Select Committees, All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs), or formal proceedings โ has ever:
1. Discussed or received evidence regarding:
- The published works titled The Stealing of Emily by Martin Newbold;
- The use of false affidavits in Hastings Family Court proceedings in an attempt to abduct a minor;
- Cross-jurisdictional failures involving the unlawful deprivation of parental rights and falsified social services reporting;
- The receipt of Looked After Child (LAC) payments by local authorities based on falsified proceedings or unlawfully obtained court orders;
- The unacknowledged deaths of Special Guardians, followed by safeguarding failures where parents were not informed;
- Communications with U.S. authorities and airports regarding a suspected child abduction route โ including Bangor, Maine and Teterboro, New Jersey โ and the potential trafficking of a British child outside UK jurisdiction.
2. Specifically, please confirm whether there is any record of:
- References to these matters in Hansard, committee minutes, or oral/written questions;
- Any formal submissions of evidence or petitions relating to The Stealing of Emily;
- Any engagement by relevant APPGs or Select Committees (e.g. Education, Justice, Human Rights, Home Affairs);
- Correspondence between Members of Parliament or Lords referring to these allegations;
- Any engagement with U.S. authorities, including FAA, CBP, DHS, or specific American airports and border control.
If no such information is held, please confirm that explicitly.
3. Additionally, I request:
Any internal Cabinet Office or FCDO records referring to UK Government meetings held at Blair House, Washington D.C., between 1996โ1998, particularly those:
- Not declared in Hansard,
- Lacking ministerial diary entries,
- Involving Tony Blair or related ministers.
This includes:
- Briefing papers,
- Handwritten memos,
- Diplomatic cables, and
- Informal meeting notes.
4. Context: Epstein Abduction Route
For reference, the following route and aircraft have been documented and reported to relevant authorities:
Departure Points:
- London, England (51.5074ยฐ N, 0.1278ยฐ W)
- Dublin, Ireland (53.3498ยฐ N, 6.2603ยฐ W)
- Belfast, Northern Ireland (54.5973ยฐ N, 5.9301ยฐ W)
First Stop:
- Bangor International Airport, Maine, USA
(44.8072ยฐ N, 68.8281ยฐ W) โ a discreet port of entry for private flights.
Next Leg:
- Teterboro Airport, New Jersey
(40.8501ยฐ N, 74.0608ยฐ W) โ widely used by private elite jet traffic.
Final Destination:
- U.S. Virgin Islands, near Little Saint James Island
(18.3206ยฐ N, 64.8326ยฐ W) โ a site long associated with child trafficking allegations.
This path bypasses standard customs and immigration processes and may be relevant to inquiries into international safeguarding failures.
Aircraft Tail Numbers:
- N908JE
- N212AZ
- N120JE
- N135AK
- N474AW
5. Ministerial Duty and Democratic Oversight
I should not have to remind you:
- Prime Ministers are expected to inform Parliament of overseas engagements, especially those involving U.S. Presidents.
- Such meetings โ if involving policy implications or social reform โ should appear in ministerial diaries or Hansard.
- If no such record exists for a BlairโClinton meeting at Blair House in the late 1990s, this raises serious concerns over lack of transparency, especially if it influenced:
- Social care reform in the UK,
- Cross-border child policy cooperation,
- Or covert institutional policy alignment.
Why This Matters in My Case:
If decisions affecting UK child protection and transatlantic policy were made without democratic oversight, they may have directly contributed to cases like mine โ involving the disappearance of my daughter and the use of false legal instruments to unlawfully justify her removal.
Yours sincerely,
Martin Newbold
