Subject: Formal Request for Passenger Itinerary – Emily Cathryn Newbold Smith

Dear Records Officer / Airport Director,

I am writing to request all available information held by Bangor International Airport or its operating partners regarding any passenger movements, customs records, or flight manifests involving Emily Cathryn Newbold Smith, born in 2006, of UK nationality, who is registered missing and is subject to an international safeguarding investigation.

This request relates to potential international flights between 2009–2011, with a particular interest in:

Passenger transit or customs records through Bangor International Airport (BGR)
Charter or private jet manifests associated with known routes linked to Jeffrey Epstein or affiliated aircraft (N908JE, N212AZ, N120JE, N135AK, N474AW)
Any border entry data, luggage screening logs, or passenger services logs under her name

If these records were handled by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or private Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), I ask that this letter be referred to them under appropriate legal or safeguarding protocols.

This request is made under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and/or any applicable State of Maine transparency laws, as well as Article 15 of the UK GDPR under the grounds of urgent child safeguarding.

I can provide:

Birth certificate and ID verification
Parental authority documents
A copy of the international missing person notice or warrants issued

Please confirm receipt of this request and advise what further documentation is required. I would also ask that this request be treated with urgency due to the time-sensitive and international nature of the inquiry.

Class action needed 500 plus cases to bring Truth justice and accountability for our children in the corrupt care system.
