In these publications, we provide evidence of irregular flight activity into Bangor, Maine, apparently bypassing standard customs checks — with routes linked to Epstein-associated itineraries and individuals operating in both U.S. and UK safeguarding roles.

We now request that your office review the involvement of Mr. Matthew James Dunkley, whose career spans the UK, Australia, and high-level child placement jurisdictions. In particular, we ask for clarification of:

• Whether Mr. Dunkley, who served as Director of Children’s Services (East Sussex, 2005–2013), was present in New York in 1996 alongside Tony Blair and Bill Clinton, during a period linked to Epstein’s early influence;
• Whether his CBE awarded in 2013 was in any way tied to international child protection agreements or social care policy collaborations with U.S. entities;
