Subject: Urgent Request for Disclosure โ International Arrest Warrant and Inquiry re: My Daughterโs Involvement in Epstein-Related Material (2010)
Dear U.S. Department of Justice,
I write further to my previous communications concerning the forced relocation and continued concealment of my daughter, who was four years old in 2010 and removed under disputed and likely unlawful circumstances from the United Kingdom.
It is now a matter of international legal record that an active international arrest warrant exists for my daughter due to failures in disclosure, safeguarding, and jurisdictional conflict across UK agencies. This alone triggers transnational obligations of cooperation โ particularly under the Hague Convention, Interpol protocols, and child trafficking frameworks.
Furthermore, I note that:
Former President Donald J. Trump was recently informed by the Department of Justice that his name appears in Epstein-related documentation.
This confirms that:
- DOJ has discretion to disclose when requested,
- Individuals connected to sensitive materials are being notified of their inclusion,
- And that this case is not considered legally closed or sealed beyond all access.
Accordingly, I now formally demand the following under international disclosure rights and FOIA:
โ REQUEST:
- Whether my daughterโs name, identifiers, or UK court placement appear in any files, sealed or unsealed, held by the DOJ or its sub-agencies โ including but not limited to:
- Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell case materials,
- Known or suspected child trafficking transfers,
- Cross-border foster/adoption, care home, or family court surveillance materials.
- Whether the DOJ received communications (electronic, paper, diplomatic, or intelligence) referencing my daughterโs movement, protective status, medical, or custody condition during or after 2009โ2011.
- Whether the international arrest warrant currently in force has been registered, received, or responded to by any DOJ or DHS department โ and whether a hold or alert has been issued.
๐ข JUSTIFICATION:
If the DOJ can inform Donald Trump of his mention in sensitive documents, it cannot deny a biological parent basic factual confirmation regarding his missing, internationally flagged child.
This is now a matter of public accountability, obstruction in public office, and potentially criminal concealment by those blocking disclosure.
I require an urgent response outlining:
- Whether any data exists,
- On what legal basis it may be withheld,
- And how I may escalate or appeal through U.S. or international courts.
Failure to respond will be treated as deliberate interference with both family court accountability and transnational criminal inquiries related to the concealment of minors.
Sincerely,
Martin Newbold
