Dear Sir/Madam
Stop prevaricating around the bush quite frankly the unlawful situation around my daughter is illegal . You are aware she has an international arrest warrant in her name upon action in the criminal court against force against Nationwide Bank if you continue to obstruct I will be to provide more feedback to the court than the comment “I further conjecture that if the current Prime Minister is unable to locate my daughter, it is unreasonable to assert that she has received the funds from the Child Trust Fund to which she is legally entitled upon reaching the age of eighteen. I also conjecture that if the Prime Minister of England cannot locate my daughter despite all his resources and power, how can I reasonably be expected to do so?” Which will be a lot more destructive and damaging under Oblique intent in Government office.
You are now entering the territory of Oblique Intent within Government Office—wilful blindness to harm. Continued avoidance will only deepen legal and reputational consequences for those obstructing her recovery.
Given the continued failure by UK authorities to locate her, and the concealment of air traffic and jurisdictional records, I am left with no reasonable alternative but to connect her disappearance to the Epstein network, as the only remaining framework capable of explaining the scale and nature of this unlawful removal from legal remedy.
Furthermore, I do not appreciate the circulation of impersonal, pre-written, or AI-generated CRM responses. If your team is relying on platforms such as Monday.com Crisis Management CRM, then you are treating a human rights violation with a corporate PR toolkit—this is entirely unacceptable.
I do not appreciate you taking the liberty to create a team canned response created by AI CRM like Monday.com Crisis management CRM – thestealingofemily.co.uk
I respectfully draw the court’s attention to the following evidence:
- BBC Article – The Impact of Child Trust Funds
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cjr82gejlxno - BBC Article – Child Trust Fund Crisis
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ckg7j83drd5o - Martin Lewis’s Awareness Campaign on Child Trust Funds

https://www.gov.uk/government/news/almost-430000-young-people-urged-to-claim-their-cash
This situation will not be ignored, nor allowed to be buried by bureaucracy or complacency. I expect a direct and lawful response regarding Emily’s whereabouts and legal entitlements.
Warm regards,
Martin Newbold
