Please find attached a formal enquiry submitted via GOV.UK concerning two Royal Mail Special Delivery parcels (Tracking References: DS340986620GB and DS340986029GB) addressed to 10 Downing Street. These parcels contained legal and evidential documentation connected to the “The Stealing of Emily” case—specifically involving safeguarding breaches, cross-jurisdictional matters, and evidence of alleged procedural misconduct within public services and the courts.

Due to serious anomalies in the Royal Mail’s tracking records—raising questions over the chain of custody and final delivery—I contacted Royal Mail’s customer service line and was advised there had been a mis-scan. The agent confirmed that neither item had been delivered to No.10 by the time of the call (10:47:55 PM, 14 May 2025).

This submission includes:
