We wrote to the Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, on 3rd May 2025 by signed for Delivery DS340986029GB, demanding immediate clarity on the whereabouts of Emily Newbold-Smith, my daughter, whose location continues to be deliberately concealed by government departments acting under a policy of Oblique Intent.

In our letter, we requested:

• The exact current location of Emily, including the full postal address and postcode.
• A lawful justification for why this information has been withheld.
• The names and offices of those responsible for this concealment.

We made it clear that failure to provide a proper response would compel us to escalate the matter to constitutional and legal oversight bodies, including those previously involved in the removal of Boris Johnson.

The letter challenged the government’s complicity in systems that allow children to be hidden from their families without proper cause, oversight, or legal due process.

We await a full reply. The Prime Minister now holds responsibility for whether this government acts with accountability—or continues in silence.
