As further supporting evidence of my parental relationship, I am providing a copy of her Medical Card, which clearly identifies her as my daughter. This is submitted in good faith and in accordance with your statutory duty to act lawfully, transparently, and in the best interests of the child concerned.

At present, you have not provided any evidence confirming that Emily has received any educational provision. Yet, it appears the department is continuing to receive or process funds from East Sussex County Council—despite no actual delivery of education—raising serious questions of misrepresentation and potential fraud. These concerns are now on record and will be pursued through appropriate channels unless urgently addressed:
