Dear Baroness Grey-Thompson,

I am writing again to express my growing alarm that my daughter remains missing and the law continues to be disregarded in her case. Despite escalating this matter to Number 10, the Prime Minister’s Office has merely redirected the issue to government departments that are neither dealing with the concerns raised nor actively assisting in locating her.

Due to the continued lack of response and failure to disclose key information regarding her education and wellbeing over a 14-year period, this matter is likely to require escalation to the High Court, where I intend to serve a Writ of habeas corpus ad litem. This will compel those responsible to produce my daughter or provide lawful justification for her disappearance.

Should it come to that, DNA evidence will be provided in court to prove identity, and testimony will be sought to determine whether she ever received funds believed to be held on her behalf. We are aware that this relates to an estimated £18 million GDP slush fund involving other children and young people in care, and that these funds are being misused or misappropriated in the absence of proper safeguarding and legal oversight.

I am quite aware that my daughter has been used commercially for profit. It is known that Premium Plus is being paid at around double the money for a child in school when it is supposed to be available only to help a child flourish.

Please find attached correspondence with the Number 10 office for your reference.

I urge you, as a member of the House of Lords and a public advocate, to take this matter seriously. A failure to act now risks deepening government accountability for unlawful conduct, including illegal abduction, and a severe breach of both national and international child protection obligations.
