Subject: Request for Further Action Regarding Missing Person Case

Dear Ms. Mezza,

I am writing in response to your recent correspondence regarding the ongoing issue involving my daughter’s disappearance, which has not been adequately addressed by your office. Your statement that “the issues you raise have been answered in our previous correspondence” is not accurate. I respectfully request that you reconsider this assertion, as the failure to uphold UK law and properly investigate my daughter’s case remains unresolved.

It is troubling that despite my repeated inquiries, there has been no appropriate action taken, and my daughter is still missing. To date, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or outcome, nor has the legal framework been followed as required by law. This continued lack of progress is unacceptable.

You mention that I should pursue a judicial review or contact the ICO, yet I have not been provided with clear reasons for the lack of action or a thorough explanation of the decision-making process. This leaves me with little confidence in your office’s commitment to addressing the matter at hand.

Given the gravity of this case, I urge you to ensure that the necessary steps are taken to uphold my daughter’s rights, as well as my own, as we seek justice and clarity. I ask that your office provides a clear explanation as to why no further steps have been taken to locate my daughter or ensure that UK law has been adhered to in this investigation.
