Dear Mr. Nevols,
PARTS 1-4
I am concerned that instead of properly investigating complaints addressed to HR, the approach taken appears to be one of “traffic lighting”โmerely collecting data and directing individuals to the next complaint service without meaningful resolution.
In reference to my complaint, I have received the following enclosures from NICCY:
- RE. Your Complaint โ NICCY0924.01
- RE. Concerns in Respect of Your Daughter
- RE. Your Complaint โ NICCY0924.01
- RE. Your Complaint โ NICCY0924.01 โ Internal Note

- Concerns in Respect of Your Daughter

- Data Protection Request

- New Submission from NICCY Complaints Form โ Parent
NICCY has stated that these documents will be circulated in batches with follow-up emails to follow. However, the handling of my complaint remains unclear, as does the reasoning behind the approach taken. I would appreciate an explanation of how my concerns are being processed and whether a thorough investigation is being conducted.
I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Martin Newbold
