LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND SOCIAL CARE OMBUDSMANSubject: Missing Part 3 of Information Access Request – Our Ref: 24/351 – 24 012 899
Dear Madam,
I am writing to you about the information request, Our Ref: 24/351 – 24 012 899. While you informed me that the LGSO would not investigate due to lack of funding, I can inform you I have written to the Prime Minister concerning these current 62+22+41+47+30=202 document files and the lack of LGSO investigation due to budgetary confinements. Thank You for providing me with the five attached emails. I should point out that not one of the Government Agencies will provide an investigation and as such my daughter is still missing like another Madeleine McCann case. It has only been pointed out to me three times in a data protection response by PONI that “Most critically, my daughter has been missing and unaccounted for after 14 years in the care system following her motherโs deathโthis due to East Sussex County Councilโs failure to act not abiding by rules set out in the care act. where children can not be deported more than 500 miles from their family home. PONI has reversed blacked three times the following paragraph:
“The system has been failing for more than 14 yearsโwhy has nothing been done to halt this corruption of services? Why is my daughter, Emily, missing and not locatable when East Sussex claimed they could provide better care than I could? She is not. Why is she turning into another Madeleine McCann? What are you going to do about this?”
As highlighted by NI OPC, this situation demands urgent attention. I hope that under your leadership, the government will finally take action.”. I also must express my deep concern that, yet again, there appears to be a lack of transparency regarding crucial events connected to the systemic injustices my family has endured. The ongoing obfuscation surrounding my daughter’s case, perpetuated by those responsible, has caused immeasurable harm.
I wish to bring to your attention serious concerns regarding the conduct of East Sussex County Council to GDPR compliance. The Council has been obstructive and unreasonable in addressing legitimate data protection concerns, particularly concerning the Northern Ireland Office of the Police Ombudsman (NI OPC) which includes the lack of application of certain government laws.

However, I believe I have only received five emails, not six containing additional files:

- 2025-02-20@0920AM – Email – Response to Information Access Request 24_351 Part 2 – 24012899

- 2025-02-20@0953AM – Email – Response to Information Access Request 24_351 Part 6 – 24012899
It appears that Part 3 is missing from the documents provided. Could you please assist and provide this to me at your earliest convenience?
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Martin Newbold
