Dear Baroness Grey-Thompson,
Thank you for finally responding to me. I am appalled by what is happening within social care in England. It appears that every possible tactic has been used to turn vulnerable children into a commercial enterpriseโsomething I find completely abhorrent. Having witnessed firsthand the trauma inflicted on families, I cannot ignore the devastating impact of these unlawful practices within the family law system. By allowing such corruption to persist, these families are left believing that every institution in this country operates under the same dishonesty.
Furthermore, my information requests to the House of Lords have been made to highlight serious weaknesses in security footage protocols. Given past incidents, including the tragic deaths of MPs during their surgeriesโmany of which also lacked proper security recordingโthis remains an urgent concern. It is alarming that litigants in person (LiPs) are being misled by solicitors, who claim they cannot serve cases electronically, despite the availability of new court forms. This is creating an extreme disadvantage and, at times, leads to procedural obstructions that verge on preventing access to justice altogether.
I would appreciate your thoughts on these matters.
