Dear East Sussex (A Local Authority/Council),

You have yet to explain why you are using violence against me and my family. This statement addresses the unlawful relocation of my daughter, Emily, 500 miles from her home, in violation of the Children Act 1989 and the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995. Authorities have acted negligently, selectively applying legal rights, and breaching statutory duties.

Of particular concern is the persistent use of a fraudulent affidavit, which has continuously tainted these proceedings. The repeated reliance on this affidavit, submitted under false pretenses, represents not only gross misconduct but also violent behavior in its impact on my family. This malpractice has rendered the resulting orders void and constitutes a severe breach of trust and statutory obligations.

Immediate action is required to review and quash all orders influenced by the fraudulent affidavit. Those responsible for its creation and continued use must be held accountable for their actions. The ongoing injustice stemming from this misconduct demands urgent rectification.

Furthermore, I question the necessity of a password to access information I have neither seen nor been provided. If you have information to share, it must be communicated in plain text as required under Information Rights. This is a data protection request. The use of passwords in this context is inappropriate, constitutes unfair processing of personal data, and obstructs genuine communication.
