Subject: Clarification Regarding Previous Correspondence

30th November 2023

Dear Ms. Wall,

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the clarification on the scope of your responsibilities as a registration district. However, I would like to address a few points regarding my initial query to ensure my request is properly understood.

Clarification of My Request

I am not requesting you to confirm or provide new information about any individual records without sufficient identifiers. Instead, my inquiry relates to duplicate IDs in the Birth, Marriage, and Death (BMD) records, particularly concerning Lauren Louise Peters and another child, Lauren Louise Miello, incorrectly filled in Liverpool. This discrepancy, I believe, warrants investigation.

The BMD references BCS 290747 issued on 26th September 2023 for the child Lauren Louise Miello, which matches the same information as Lauren Louise Peters. It appears there has been a criminally altered record by a social worker, Christine Stirling, who must have been aware that Lauren Louise Peters was not born to Gerard Keenan, as per Registrar 3827 issued on 15th November 2004. Therefore, the two children were abducted to Northern Ireland illegally!

This has caused misery for my family for more than 14 years. This echoes similar criminality depicted in the novel by J.P. Delaney. Our family’s children were relocated approximately 500 miles from their home. This blatant breach constitutes serious negligence and a violation of their rights under:

  • Children Act 1989, Section 22C(9)(b)
  • Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, Article 27

You have never answered or provided reparations; instead, this raises serious concerns under the Fraud Act 2006, Section 2, which addresses false representation.

Additionally, this matter involves breaches of:

  • Article 6: The right to a fair trial.
  • Article 8: The right to respect for private and family life.
  • Article 14: The prohibition of discrimination.

Request for Record Verification

My inquiry is specific to records maintained within your district, Liverpool Register Office – RG0320212, particularly whether duplicate or conflicting entries exist for events already registered. My concern is not to modify these records but to understand if any errors or duplications might exist in your documentation.

Court or Social Services References:
While I understand you are not involved with court matters or social services, these references were provided as context to illustrate the potential impact of the discrepancies in BMD records. My focus remains on verifying the accuracy of the records held by your office.

Clearly the case before Judge Hollis was fraudulent and out of jurisdiction in regard to this issue of me being a litigant in kind without proper representation, described by Tony Blair as fraudulent proceedings. Is Lauren Louise Peters and my child Emily now missing 50239746-2024 in Northern Ireland and are being singled out for specialist treatment in relation to these discrepancies. I would also request that you provide the parameters involved in this matter and any additional evidence or documentation related to the duplicate records.  As already explained to you, and as supported by the image In which Miss Lang Social Worker read in June 2004: Referral in respect of Lauren to Newry  Mourne Social Services caller alleging that Ms Smith abusing alcohol and medication Newry Mourne contacted Reading Social Services to advise, as she believes that Miss Smith, aka Miss Gummerson /Arif/Peters/Smith and Lauren have moved there. From the 2004 Change of name Deed for Catherine Louise Smith Created by Gaby Hardwicke, 3 Endwell Road, Bexhill-on-Sea TN301EY,Telephone 01424730945 DX8105, their reference is JBL.CVT.41176.1.6

Acknowledgment of Informant Data: I understand that registration is based on the information provided by the informant at the time and that surnames can be freely chosen. However, the concern here is whether conflicting or duplicate entries exist within the records.

Given the above clarifications, I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether you are able to review the BMD records within your district to identify any potential duplications or inconsistencies for the individuals referenced. If this is outside your remit, I would appreciate guidance on the appropriate office or authority to contact.

Clearly, this has caused a major crisis in three families: NewboldCunningham, and Keenan. The previous two had their children misplaced in an unlawful manner. and criminality by those in the court case overseen by Judge Holliss

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Kind Regards
Mr. Martin Newbold

Gods children are not for sale

Class action needed 500 plus cases to bring Truth justice and accountability for our children in the corrupt care system. Anyone who remembers the England Post Office Horizon scandal will know we need 500+ names to get A class, collective or group action is a claim in which the court awards permission to an individual or individuals to bring similarly placed claims in a single case. Collective actions are an efficient way of dealing where there are a huge number of claimants suing a large corporation or social services under a similar set of facts.
