Dear Ikenna
I write to escalate my concerns regarding the ongoing issues relating to Operation Dunham, the Ultranet Scandal, and serious breaches of legal and ethical obligations. including reports Social workers ‘sex up abuse claims to snatch children for adoption’ | UK | News | Express.co.uk
As part of my case, I submitted DNA evidence to Northern Ireland (SA010831060GB) in connection with a Subject Access Request (Ref: 19567481). However, I have yet to receive any proof that my daughter was ever present in Northern Ireland or any details about the handling of her data. This matter has also been included in the LGO Case 24012899 and HCR Strasbourg Cases 5043, 4939, 4943, 4881, 4920, 4873, 4882, 4889, 4867โpertaining to financial fraud and DEFAULT notices served to the Local Authority regarding Habeas Corpus Requests.
Failures in Engagement and Transparency
- NICCY Complaint (NICCY09-24.01):ย Despite sendingย 18 recorded letters, NICCY has failed to respond or meet with myย daughter Emily.
- NSPCC Case Reference (A-2695622):ย The NSPCC has remained silent on this case.
This ongoing lack of engagement demonstrates an alarming agendaโone that appears rooted in commercial interests, Malthusian principles, and divisive tactics akin to those outlined by Yuri Bezmenov. These actions prioritize the protection of the Trustโs commercial assets at the expense of family well-being, as evidenced by a telephone transcription I previously submitted.
Human Rights Violations
During a recent meeting, Mrs. Pearson failed to provide any evidence that my daughter, Emily, is alive and well. When offered the opportunity to facilitate her attendance, this was deniedโa clear violation of Human Rights and the ECHR. Discussing such matters in her absence raises serious concerns, particularly if there is reason to believe she may be deceased. Despite the 72-hour obligation for investigation in such cases, several months have now passed with no apparent murder investigation undertaken.
Furthermore, my daughterโs trust account has been unlawfully removed without transparency or justification, as raised in Complaint NBS8165809 and via Resolver.RES10964672.
Evidence from the Truth Commission Report
The Truth Commission of Birmingham University, presented at the House of Lords on December 15, 2024, documented widespread violations of fundamental rights across families, including:
Violation of Article 8 (Right to Respect for Private and Family Life):
- 93% of families did not receive requested support from local authorities.
- 90% were denied support for issues that led to their child’s removal.
- 94% reported unjust restrictions or denials of contact with their children.
Violation of Article 6 (Right to a Fair and Public Hearing):
- 69% felt their legal representation was neither fair, supportive, nor independent.
- 62% were denied access to the documents used to justify child removals.
- 82% believed courts failed to consider all available evidence.
Violation of Article 14 (Right to Protection from Discrimination):
- 67% reported mental health was unjustly used against their parenting ability.
- Discrimination stemmed from complaints made against services (73%), mental health concerns (54%), financial situation (36%), and social background (39%).
One statement from the report encapsulates the systemic failure:
โMy child died, I asked for help, and they took all my other children away.โ

Call to Action
I urge relevant authorities, including the BBC, to thoroughly investigate and publicly report on these matters, as they impact countless families across the country. This is not only a profound issue of justice and human rights but also a matter of urgent public interest.
I trust that you will address these concerns with the gravity they deserve and respond promptly with appropriate action.

Kind Regards
Mr. Martin Newbold
