Dear Ronan Costello and Data Protection Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding multiple issues with your services and data handling practices, particularly in relation to my account ([martin__newbold]) and the associated unauthorized charges to my bank account.
Summary of Issues:
- Unauthorized Bank Charge:
On November 19, 2024, X (via “Twitter Online Ads Dublin IE 8537”) debited 72 GDP from my bank account despite my account being seized on November 15, 2024.- No services were rendered during this period, as all advertising associated with the account was refused.
- This constitutes a breach of fair business practices, as funds were taken without fulfilling the promised services.
- Failure to Provide Account Data – GDPR Breach:
I have made multiple requests for my account data under Section 10 of the GDPR, which mandates timely responses to data subject requests. These requests were sent via:- Your mobile help app (which caused device corruption and required a reboot);
- Email correspondence to relevant addresses;
- Interactions with your AI chatbot on Telegram named “Elon Reeve.0musk.”
- Account Violation and Seizure:
My account ([martin__newbold]) was unlawfully seized and restricted as of November 15, 2024. Despite this, unauthorized changes were made to the account, further compounding the breach of your own stated policies. - Lack of Response:
I have made multiple attempts to communicate with X’s support teams via all available channels, including email, app-based support, and AI platforms, without receiving any substantive responses.
Requested Resolutions:
- A full refund of the unauthorized charge of 72 GDP.
- Immediate compliance with my GDPR request by providing all data associated with my account ([martin__newbold]).
- A clear explanation for the actions taken against my account, including the legal basis for these actions.
- Confirmation that measures will be put in place to prevent such occurrences in the future.
Next Steps:
If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no option but to escalate this issue by:
- Filing a formal complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commissioner (DPC);
- Initiating legal proceedings to recover the unauthorized charge and seek damages for the inconvenience caused.
I trust you will take this matter seriously and respond within the required statutory timeframes. Please direct your response to the contact information provided below.

Yours sincerely,
Kind Regards
Mr. Martin Newbold

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
