Dear Elon Musk / X Support Team,

I am writing to formally address several issues related to my X account that are of significant concern:

1. Unexplained Account Actions:
   At no point have I received clear communication from your team about which X Rules my account may have violated. This lack of transparency is not only a violation of my rights but also an act of violence against my character and reputation, causing public harm and defamation.
2. Archive Download Error:
   I have attempted to download my post archive from X to submit as evidence to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) in Strasbourg. However, this process fails repeatedly with an error message:
   “Error. Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
   This appears to breach GDPR regulations, which guarantee my right to access personal data you hold about me.
3. Data Protection Request:
   I have already served a formal Data Protection Request (GDPR) for all data related to my account since 2015. I request confirmation on whether you will comply with this regulation and provide a clear timeline for fulfilling my request. Non-compliance with this request constitutes an infringement of my legal rights.
4. Jurisdictional Concerns:
   Please be aware that using any jurisdictional invalid or fabricated orders against me is an unlawful action. Such acts violate my rights and constitute further violence against me. Moreover, I ensure my posts are backed by credible sources, including AI tools and Wikipedia, to maintain factual accuracy.

I demand a prompt response to these serious concerns. Please acknowledge receipt of this message and provide an update within the time frame specified by GDPR (30 days).

I further state in questions to X

1. Can you provide me with your dictionary’s meaning of spam? I await to be advised from you as my communication does not fulfill the criteria as you have set it out. There you seem to have created an empathy that is likely to affect all other Twitter (X) users.
2. I recently received an update regarding the review of the spam label applied to my account. According to the message I received, the label has not been removed because my account was found to contain spam or engage in platform manipulation. As a result, my account may have been placed in read-only mode or suspended. For reference, the message is from this link: Spam Label Review Update. Could you please clarify when all X users will receive this same message for posting one-on-one on your platform? It seems that many users are engaging in similar conduct, as described in your rules, yet my account appears to be singled out for this issue. I would appreciate insight into why my account has been targeted specifically, while others engaging in similar behavior may not face the same consequences.
3. You have stated in connection to my account that my account, when sending point-to-point communications from my account to a person or contact on my account, ‘following list’ constitutes spam. As such, this means anyone using the system X to send point-to-point messages is spamming the system. When will you be locking every user of X accounts for spamming?
