Dear Councillor Glazier,
Thank you for your recent correspondence.
I am reaching out with an urgent request for transparency regarding my daughterโs current whereabouts. She was taken from 46-48 Chiltern Drive, Hastings, TN34 3PZ by a social worker when she was only four years old. I strongly believe this action was conducted unlawfully and constitutes kidnapping. Despite my repeated attempts to gain clarity on her location, I have received no substantial information.
I have contacted Missing Persons and the police regarding her case, but unfortunately, this has not yielded any results. I have also requested a meeting with the Childrenโs Commissioner to help facilitate contact with my daughter, yet I was informed that this was not a service they could provide.
You are now aware of this situation, and I ask that your team notes our concerns regarding Matt Dunkleyโs actions against childrenโs rights, particularly in light of his involvement in the IBAC investigation in Victoria, Australia. Additionally, you have publicly stated that the care bill is ยฃ53 million in the red, indicating that you have been financing my daughterโs care. As this is a contract of care, I expect you to know exactly where my daughter is located. The actions and decisions of East Sussex have led to this distressing situation, and I seek your immediate intervention.
I am appealing to you to initiate an investigation into this matter, to establish accountability, and to ensure that the truth about her situation is uncovered.
Furthermore, I am formally serving this notice to you as I am required to locate my daughterโs solicitor in the prospective case in the ECHR.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in achieving a resolution.
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Martin Newbold

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
