Dear Mr. Ruston,
Thank you for clarifying that my daughter is in prison. I would like you to explain the following:
Why are you bridging across the rules from her being a child to her becoming an adult next week? There is no mention of human rights, the Human Rights Act, or attention to the writ of Habeas Corpus, which I have served. I understand that a person known as “Babies Killer,” Lucy Letby, is not being prevented from contacting or seeing her parents. Is this claim consistent with the videos of complaint and the single LAC meeting (in annex), where it was stated that my daughter went out shopping, studied hotel management, and showed an interest in singing? The person appearing at this meeting, who seemed draconian (female), presented in a manner that suggested manipulation, as prison staff were not in uniform, which could mislead observers.
There is currently mass overcrowding in these prisons, and Keir Starmer has ordered releases. My understanding is that only serious crimes obstruct this release.

You seem to be employing a Yuri Bezmenov-style propaganda exercise of hate regarding these half a million children. This causes worse than misery, especially when areas in Northern Ireland are considered no-go zones, and children are reportedly being killed in daylight, according to press coverage in a neighboring city to Newry. Is this one million child abductions a hate-related crime rooted in historical grievances like the potato famine allegedly waged by English landowners? There must be some rationale, as you have clearly not offered any.
By approximation, at least seven people are affected by each child abduction, and according to all reports, Northern Ireland is overcrowded.
For twelve years, you have known about my daughterโs familyโs location and provided only one LAC meeting throughout that period, in which you claimed you were going to provide evidence of something Emily said. Instead, you fabricated documents. Are these LAC meetings supposed to focus on Emily, and why is she not present at any of them?
I would point out again that you have not provided any proof that you have my daughter under Section 50(A) or any evidence that she is even alive. Donโt you feel ashamed? Your actions seem unlawful and aim to protect your brand of social care at the expense of human dignity.

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
