Yesterday I received an official warning from the manager of Transport and Economy which she wanted to inform me was an official warning and that they would not answer my calls or requests for information because they needed my ID and permission from my daughter Emily who legally at the time of serving this legal request for information was still a child.
I challenge everyone involved to state exactly what everyone’s role and remit is as it appears to date there is no legal team engaged in the ESCC letter However Anita Cundall has expressed legal overtones making it a double entendre that I am being informed not to write to the legal team when there is no legal team statement of fact of them being involved in the first place. She then threatens the legal team’s involvement if I continue lodging my complaints. Can you please elaborate on the two legal teams and their remit? How can the customer services manager try to slap my wrist? When this is addressed as a legal matter.
They are setting fire to everything I send. The customer services team is stating it has nothing to do with the legal team why is she promoting a legal matter to me regarding a warning threatening legal action? She does not appear legally trained or have legal status?

Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your letter dated October 21, 2024. I appreciate your concerns; however,
I must address several points you raised. It is crucial to highlight that my concerns,
particularly regarding my daughterโwho is turning 18 on October 30 and is currently in
a foreign land without any family supportโdo not seem to have been taken into account.
This situation has compounded the seriousness of her status as a missing person in the
context of devolution in Northern Ireland.
Email Correspondence: You mentioned that I sent approximately 20 emails
between October 2 and October 21, 2024, including 7 to Legal Services. Could you
please specify which emails you responded to? To date, I have not received a
single reply. You are aware these emails fall within an ongoing Information Case,
as your legal team has yet to address my inquiries.
- Letters to Legal Team: Regarding the seven letters sent to your legal team
concerning Habeas Corpus and application requests, these letters included a
request for mediation to reach an amicable solution. This mediation has not been
provided to date. From your response, I trust you are waiving that right? - Information Request (Ref 19567481): Concerning the identification requested, I
will provide the necessary documents attached to this communication, even
though you already have this information on file. Perhaps if you had been
informed, as I have, that my daughter’s mother’s ashes were destroyed after being
left at the funeral director for six months without notification to any family
member, you would understand my urgency. Additionally, requests for the
transcript of the Coronerโof which I was once an interested party but now am
notโremain unaddressed. Without this information, which should have been
provided by the social worker who has since left, I cannot proceed. - Historical Complaints: While I do not agree with your decision regarding handling
historical complaints, I have already cited your legal remedy available to you to
reopen any case of public interest concern. It appears this has now been denied. - Ongoing Complaints: Moving forward, I would like to remind you of my request
under reference 19695605 regarding the “Definition and Legal Framework of
Modern Slavery.” I have opened a substantial complaint with the Ombudsman
about the alleged misuse of public funds, and an investigator has been assigned
to this case. This complaint includes access to my website in full, which raises
significant concerns regarding compliance.
I take your warning seriously and hope my concerns are taken to heart as well. To move
forward constructively, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the exact
paragraphs from these letters that you find offensive. This will allow me to address any
perceived wrongdoing and adjust my communication accordingly. As you have not
supplied these letters in your information request, there is little to discuss, as it may be
evident that you have no legal team.
Moreover, on a clerical note, please be aware that my letters are not solely produced by
me; I have not been the sole creator of these communications for some time.
In addition, I would like to draw attention to the ongoing failures within the family court
system that have impacted my family. A father with no history of abuseโbacked by an
enhanced Disclosure (Ref: 0011722800649)โcomes from a family with a legacy of
integrity, having served honourably in the war and demonstrated resilience throughout.
The mother, though never harmful to her children, tragically passed away. Her mental
health deteriorated after being neglected and unsupported during her time in Borstal by
@EastSussexCC, who wrongfully removed her children.
Family Court’s Solution:
โLetโs place the children with someone else who is not biologically related; we can forge
the birth certificates. Let’s alter the reports to fit our agenda and violate the 50-mile law
in all childrenโs acts. Ultimately, we will leave these children to be neglected by the
Northern Ireland Local Authority, who then loses track of them.โ
@EastSussexCC is now facing a staggering debt of ยฃ55 million, projected to rise to ยฃ80
million in two years, primarily due to the costs associated with Looked After Children
(LAC) care. TUSLA and the Irish Times have reported that the care provided is far from
adequate.
The absurdity of this logic is staggering. We must expose these failures and advocate for
change.
Moving forward, I will direct all future communications to the designated inboxes to
avoid confusion. Please note that I will be sharing this correspondence with the LGO as
part of their ongoing investigation. Can you please provide my complaint reference in
your response?
Sincerely,
Martin Newbold

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
