Re NICCY09/24-01 Toxic Judicial Proceedings and Apathy to help or contact children in dire need of help from system not fit for purpose
Dear Mr. Drew McFarlane MBE ,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the operations of NI Direct and its role in managing complaints related to public services in Northern Ireland, particularly in light of ongoing legal issues affecting families, such as Emily’s case.
As you may be aware, Emily’s situation highlights significant shortcomings within the child welfare and family law systems. There are serious allegations of legal breaches, including failures to adhere to established laws regarding child protection and safeguarding. Such failures not only impact Emily but also raise broader questions about the efficacy of the systems designed to protect vulnerable children across Northern Ireland.
During a recent interaction with NI Direct on October 22, 2024, I learned that all information provided to NI Direct is retained by the service and not shared with the relevant third-party organizations it represents. This practice is concerning, particularly in cases involving child welfare where timely and accurate communication is critical. When individuals reach out for assistance, they expect their concerns to be communicated directly to the appropriate authorities, ensuring that their voices are heard and acted upon.
The current approach, where only aggregated statistical data is shared, functions more like a standard call center, leaving individuals feeling disenfranchised and without recourse. In cases like Emily’s, where legal rights and protections are at stake, the lack of transparency and accountability can lead to further harm and neglect.
As a leader committed to improving public services, I urge you to consider how NI Direct can enhance its communication channels with third-party organizations, ensuring that vital information and concerns are conveyed and addressed effectively. This change is crucial not only for restoring public trust but also for safeguarding the rights of children and families who depend on these services.
Thank you for your attention to this pressing matter. I look forward to your response and any insights you may have on how NI Direct plans to address these challenges, particularly in relation to cases like Emily’s.
Yours sincerely,
Martin Newbold

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
